Soham Town Rangers have announced the signing of former Premier League winner Luke Chadwick.

Chadwick began his career at Manchester United, scoring twice in his 39 appearances and winning the 2001 Premier League title during his four years at Old Trafford, whilst also representing England’s U18s and U21s. He also had loan spells with Royal Antwerp, Reading and Burnley before moving to West Ham United.
After leaving Upton Park, Chadwick went on to play for Stoke City, Norwich City and Milton Keynes Dons before signing for Cambridge United in 2014, helping his home town club to return to the Football League later that season.

Manager Robbie Nightingale commented in the Cambridge News before Luke’s signing was announced
"This player will add considerable experience to the group," said Nightingale. "That's something all the top teams have got."
"He will also add some really good quality to our attacking play. It will be a really good coup for the club. The players will learn so much from him. It will increase the profile of the club a bit and hopefully bring supporters in. It should be a really positive move for everyone."

Luke could make his Soham debut during Saturday’s Ryman League fixture at home to Witham Town.
